In this issue we will talk with Tom Braxton. Tom is an EMC Engineer with Elite Electronic Engineering, with many many years of experience in EMC. 
Besides his daily work he is highly involved with the IEEE EMC Society (EMCS), internationally and locally at his Chicago Chapter.
In this episode Tom speaks about his work as Technical Committee Chair - for TC1 EMC Management as well as his latest article:  A Shock On The Fingers, where he gives a brief history of ESD. (electrostatic discharge).
